For the sake of human performance improvement and pushing personal limits

It is you alone who is responsible for accomplishing your personal goals. Ultimately it has to be you who brings the motivation and dedication to finish the job. The offer I put on the table is an individual performance plan – based on your past and depending on your future.

My understanding of training is based on scientific literature and almost 20 years of experience in the field of elite sport performance as an athlete and a coach.

I see myself capable of creating a training schedule for various endurance sports, in particular Cross Country Skiing, Running and Cycling (powermeter mandatory).

After the initial contact, your existing data is analyzed and an individual power profile is set up. The basis of your personal performance plan.

The shortest time period of our engagement would be 3 months as I consider that the minimum possible time to prepare for an event.

We would communicate mostly through the platform Trainingpeaks and phone calls/texts.
